Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Ensure Audley Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality of service
• Provide warm welcomes and seamless service in the restaurant and bistro
• Manage reservations, seating guests, and advising on menus
• Serve afternoon tea and promote village amenities like the luxury spa
• Assist with guest suite service and answering owner enquiries
• Monitor stock levels and assist with special event setups
• Maintain scrupulous cleanliness throughout service areas

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality and cash handling preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized approach with a 'can do' attitude
• Self-motivated and driven by service standards
• Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns
• Professional, warm, and empathetic demeanor
