Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm and genuine welcome to all guests
- Provide outstanding service throughout every visit
- Lead by example on the floor to inspire the front-of-house team
- Maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, quality restaurant or pub
- Hands-on attitude and confidence
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Ambition to develop a career within an award-winning pub group
