Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• Recommend food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives
• Provide high standard of quality, efficient, and friendly service
• Ensure work area is kept clean and organized at all times
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Follow Rixos Standards of Performance and operational procedures
• Adapt to rotate within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
• Fresher or 1 year experience in 4-5-star hotel
• Knowledge of Policy & Procedure Adherence
• Understanding of Food & Beverage Operational Standards
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
