Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a 4*/5* hotel (preferably all-inclusive)
- Graduate of a Tourism School
- Knowledge of HACCP rules or EFET certification
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in customer service
- Pleasant personality, team spirit, and collaborative attitude
