Waiters/Waitresses

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Upsell menu items and make informed recommendations to guests
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Support team members during peak hours to maintain efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a casual dining or high-volume restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for guest service
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
