About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and ensure high-quality service at the bar
- Perform bar setup and mise en place
- Manage bar operations in compliance with internal directives and regulatory standards
- Maintain and develop customer relations and service quality
- Contribute to revenue development
- Manage cash register and stock levels
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- CAP/BEP in catering or equivalent
- Previous experience in a brasserie or traditional restaurant
- Dynamic and motivated personality
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills
- Team spirit and good presentation
- Rigorous, organized, and discreet
- Availability for weekend, holiday, and alternating day/night shifts
