Waiter

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and provide menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Communicate orders and special requests to kitchen staff
• Present and serve food and beverages professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with side work such as restocking and rolling silverware

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Ability to memorize menu items
• English fluency required
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
