Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service to guests, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with wellness principles.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations based on dietary preferences, allergies, or special requirements.
• Address guest inquiries regarding ingredients, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
• Coordinate with runners and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor tables to proactively meet guest needs, such as refilling drinks or replacing cutlery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for tables, utensils, and service areas.
• Stay informed about nutritional values, organic ingredients, and health benefits to promote wellness offerings like detox drinks and plant-based dishes.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions, allergen awareness, and wellness-specific cuisine.
• Strong communication and listening skills to interact effectively with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• EU passport and/or valid authorization to work in Spain is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving health-conscious menus (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or organic).
• Certification in hospitality, F&B service, or nutrition.
• Previous experience working in the Balearic Islands and knowledge of local regulations.
