Waiter/Waitress - Pool Bar

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive the "Ultimate Experience" through attentive and distinctive service
• Provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to maintain high service standards
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally according to company policy
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the outlet is prepared for business
• Maintain an elegantly appointed environment for all dining periods
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate preferences to the wider team
• Control the usage of food, beverage, and service equipment efficiently
• Utilize the Micros computer system for ringing, printing, and closing checks
• Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situations

Requirements

• High school Diploma or Hotel School Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international environment
• Proven up-selling skills and training
• Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
• Proficiency with the Micros system
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Experience working effectively in a multicultural environment
• Ability to work with speed and efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude
