Waiter

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and serving dishes to customers
• Handling customer service situations with a friendly and professional attitude
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and order
• Managing billing and payments
• Participating in breakfast service and/or bar duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant customer service (à la carte experience is a plus)
• Proactive and energetic approach to work
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Finnish and English
• Flexibility with varying work shifts
• Alcohol passport (Alkoholipassi)
