Waiter

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the smooth running of room service and food & beverage service
• Deliver guest food and beverage experiences to the highest levels of quality and service
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries effectively
• Support the strategies and objectives of the food service department
• Maintain departmental inventory and achieve productivity targets in collaboration with the Head of Department
• Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in food & beverage service
• National academic qualifications preferred
• Fluent written and spoken English
