Waiter

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department
• Deliver high-level guest food & beverage service
• Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort through timely responses
• Manage assigned duties in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote company culture
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and well-groomed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting Turkish-speaking guests
• Familiarity with Turkish dining culture and hospitality standards
