• Support the strategic plans and objectives of the Food Service Department
• Create memorable moments for guests through hands-on service
• Act as a brand ambassador reflecting company culture and values
• Collaborate with immediate reports and business partners to deliver quality results
• Carry out work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations

• Experience in food and beverage service
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments
• Pro-active and hands-on approach
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work collaboratively at all levels
• Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments
