Responsibilities

• Support and assist in the smooth running of room service
• Deliver guest food and beverage service to the highest levels
• Ensure property and company standards are attained and adhered to
• Take responsibility for assigned duties in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
• Support food service department strategies and objectives
• Maintain departmental inventory and achieve productivity targets
• Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in food & beverage service
• National academic qualifications preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
