- Provide excellent customer service
- Take and process orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Work swiftly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Closely cooperate with kitchen and management team
- Maintain a friendly demeanor at all times
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a waiter in hotels
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Good knowledge of the menu to assist customers
- Capability and willingness to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
