Waiter

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of waiters, bartenders, and hostesses
• Ensure smooth daily operations of Hills Pool Deck
• Welcome and engage with guests to provide personalized dining experiences
• Monitor service standards and adherence to brand guidelines
• Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally
• Conduct daily briefings and allocate staff duties
• Ensure accurate order entry into POS system and follow billing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with bar and kitchen
• Train and mentor team members on performance and upselling
• Assist management in achieving departmental targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant
• Previous experience in pool bar or outdoor dining operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
