Waiter

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department to ensure high-level service delivery
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and maintain productivity levels
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice activities for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Fluent in both Turkish and English (spoken) is essential
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy service periods
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting Turkish-speaking guests
• Familiarity with Turkish dining culture and hospitality standards
