- Provide food and beverage services in restaurants, lounges, bars, and decks
- Deliver personalized service by recognizing guests and remembering their preferences
- Maintain consistent service standards and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest requests through proactive observation
- Maintain a calm, polite, and professional demeanor during both quiet and busy periods
- Communicate promptly and clearly with guests and colleagues regarding operational issues
- Follow instructions from Senior Waiters, Assistant Maitre d’s, and outlet managers
