Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and make recommendations
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to standards
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area organization
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Support team members during busy periods

Requirements

• Must be locally available in the UAE
• Experience in all-day dining or upscale dining concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Fluency in English
