Responsibilities

• Support smooth F&B operations and ensure high-quality guest service
• Work within a team to maximize guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure professional execution
• Contribute to department goals and hotel initiatives
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs, inventory, and productivity
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while upholding company values
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and internal/external audit requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred but not required
• Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude and hands-on work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Ability to find innovative solutions and take full responsibility for tasks
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high-excellence environment
• Experience working with IT systems across different platforms
• Strong communication skills
