Waiter

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service for fine-dining experiences and high-end events
• Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and communicate effectively with the kitchen
• Memorize menus and offer expert recommendations to upsell drinks and side plates
• Maintain the general presentation of the restaurant and event spaces
• Service guests for the Altitude dining experience, 6-course tasting menus, and various events including weddings and corporate lunches

Requirements

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Safe Food Handling Certificate
• Proven fine-dining experience
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate within a team environment
• Flexibility to work casually across up to seven days a week
• Valid working rights in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and cocktail-making
