Waiter

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium food and beverage services to guests on luxury cruises
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth and professionalism
• Conduct safety briefings and assist with vessel and passenger safety
• Manage bar and table service, including communicating orders to the kitchen
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Maintain high standards of vessel presentation and cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and onboard teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card
• Food Safety/Handling certification
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Sound cash handling and basic computer skills
• Must not be affected by sea sickness
• Valid Australian working entitlements
• Strong personal presentation and a guest-first mindset
