Waiter

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or casual-fine dining environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Positive attitude, professional grooming, and passion for hospitality
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Basic POS knowledge is an advantage
