Waiter III

Responsibilities

• Provide cordial, efficient, and personalized service to guests in restaurants, bars, or events
• Greet customers, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections
• Accurately record orders and coordinate execution with the kitchen and bar
• Prepare and organize mise en place before, during, and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address needs or requests
• Assist in setting up and breaking down restaurant, bar, event, or coffee break services
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maintain a productive environment
• Follow all company policies, including safety standards and professional presentation

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Previous experience in F&B customer service, preferably in high-end hotels or restaurants
• Strong communication skills and professional posture
• Ability to work in a team and dynamic environments
• Organized with high attention to detail
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Administration
