About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide cordial, efficient, and personalized service to guests in restaurants, bars, or events
- Greet customers, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections
- Accurately record orders and coordinate execution with the kitchen and bar
- Prepare and organize mise en place before, during, and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address needs or requests
- Assist in setting up and breaking down restaurant, bar, event, or coffee break services
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maintain a productive environment
- Follow all company policies, including safety standards and professional presentation
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Previous experience in F&B customer service, preferably in high-end hotels or restaurants
- Strong communication skills and professional posture
- Ability to work in a team and dynamic environments
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Administration
