ELEGANCIA is a creator and manager of unique hotels. The OFF Paris Seine is the first floating hotel in Paris, moored between the Left and Right Banks near Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon, offering 54 rooms, 4 suites, a pool bar, and event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and warm customer reception according to Elegancia standards
• Set up the dining area before each service (table setting, equipment checks)
• Advise customers, provide table service, and monitor the dining experience
• Manage payments, invoicing, and cash closing according to internal procedures
• Update and enrich customer files (intolerances, preferences, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and group quality standards
• Participate in the maintenance and cleaning of spaces
• Collaborate with technical teams in case of equipment malfunction
