Waiter

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers with courtesy, taking orders and offering alternatives promptly
• Receive, seat, and bid farewell to guests to ensure a cordial experience
• Maintain clean and organized tables, removing used utensils and replenishing supplies
• Supervise the service area to immediately address any customer needs
• Serve food and beverages according to established presentation, hygiene, and protocol standards
• Verify that dishes, drinks, and canapés are presented in optimal condition
• Organize service stations and zones, keeping clean and dirty implements separate
• Coordinate with the team for area distribution and supply replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas including tables, stations, and bathrooms

Requirements

• Technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of gastronomy, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Knowledge and application of LQA standards
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety (desirable)
• Strong communication, cordiality, and professional service skills
