Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service and strict adherence to protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service with a strong sense of urgency
• Manage order taking and organization of commands (comandas)
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Work collaboratively within a team to maintain an orderly environment
• Handle corporate and executive service requirements with professionalism

Requirements

• High school education (Preparatoria)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional food and beverage service
• Proven expertise in customer service and user interaction
• Experience in corporate and executive service, including high-level management
• Experience managing events and large-scale service coordination
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
