Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of the service line for bar and restaurant areas
• Execute table service following company standards
• Manage the loading and storage of materials necessary for service in various dedicated points
• Adopt behaviors compliant with internal standards and HACCP hygiene and sanitary regulations
• Manage activities autonomously, reporting to the Department Head and collaborating with the team

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the catering/restaurant sector
• Disposition for teamwork and customer orientation
• Availability and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• English language knowledge is preferred
