Waiter

Responsibilities

• Provide smooth and faultless service in Restaurants/Bars for guests
• Handle table reservations and control guest flow
• Explain menus and make suggestions regarding food, beverage, and service
• Take orders and serve food and beverage according to established procedures
• Regularly check guest satisfaction and anticipate special needs
• Utilize Micros (POS) for all transactions
• Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue
• Maintain food and beverage equipment and facilities according to standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a waiter
• Good knowledge of food and beverage
• Ability to follow hotel standards, policies, and procedures
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively within a cohesive team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment
