Waiter

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests and customers in a cordial and timely manner
• Take and record food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve products following established quality and service standards
• Maintain clean and organized service areas and tables
• Support the setup and breakdown of events, breakfasts, and special services
• Resolve customer inquiries to ensure a highly satisfactory dining experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of experience as a waiter or in customer service roles
• Excellent service attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and perform under pressure
• High level of agility, organization, and attention to detail
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is desirable
