Wait Staff

Responsibilities

• Take meal orders and serve assisted living residents during evening service
• Introduce yourself to residents and offer drinks or coffee
• Communicate daily specials and confirm food orders with residents
• Coordinate with the cook to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Prepare food items including citrus fruit, cottage cheese, applesauce, and condiments
• Clear dishes, reset tables, and run dishes through the machine
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, walk-in cooler, and dish storage
• Prepare necessary prep for the next shift

Requirements

• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to attend all in-service training sessions
• Availability to work weekends to cover shift shortages
• Ability to take initiative in cleaning and assisting staff
• Happy disposition and quick response to requests
