About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence by spending at least 80% of your time interacting on the fab floor.
- Monitor team and individual performance to evaluate and improve productivity, equipment utilization, and overall efficiency.
- Establish and communicate production priorities, tracking performance and adjusting as necessary.
- Support 5S activities across the entire fab and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide the team with constructive, timely feedback and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Manage the back-end night shift schedule (Wednesday–Friday and alternating Saturdays, 6pm - 6:15am).
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- 1-2+ years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to handle change quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Passion for inspiring and developing employees.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a front-line supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
- Relevant military leadership experience.
