V&V Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Requirement Managers and Project Architects to manage technical requirements for System Application Design.
• Ensure system requirement traceability using DOORS and maintain alignment with system specifications.
• Deliver project system-level documentation, including Requirement Specifications, Architecture, and Operational Specifications.
• Develop project application documents such as Scheme Plans, Signalling rules, and System Parameter computations.
• Conduct requirement-based testing, including software module, functional, and integration testing.
• Utilize testing techniques such as black box, boundary value, and robustness analysis.
• Write scripts using Python to support testing and automation processes.
• Analyze and respond to reports and comments from Testing & Commissioning, V&V, and customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in system design or V&V.
• Mandatory domain knowledge in Railway Signaling.
• Proficiency in requirement management tools, specifically DOORS.
• Strong experience in system specification and architecture design.
• Expertise in testing methodologies including black box and boundary value analysis.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
