HELPLINE specializes in user support outsourcing and the implementation of an augmented employee experience through AI. As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides IT asset management, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), and technical assistance to over 200 clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Participate in penetration test reporting and challenge squads or auditors when necessary
• Drive vulnerability treatment actions by tracking corrections required by development teams
• Validate vulnerability remediation by challenging corrective actions and identifying needs for counter-audits
• Use tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and email for reporting and tracking
• Regularly monitor and map new assets to ensure they are present in company registries
• Pilot the correction of application and software vulnerabilities in collaboration with Product Owners and Security Champions

Requirements

• Mastery of cybersecurity
• General knowledge of IT
• Knowledge of OWASP
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong critical thinking and pedagogical skills to explain vulnerabilities
• Autonomous and team-oriented mindset
