Vulnerability Researcher

Responsibilities

• Uncover vulnerabilities and analyze complex systems to advance mission-critical cyber capabilities
• Provide engineering and vulnerability research results related to software applications and operating systems
• Determine functionality, code structure, and system design
• Perform software reverse engineering and develop innovative solutions
• Provide written reports, proof-of-concept code, prototypes, and hands-on demonstrations of research results
• Participate in technical presentations on assigned projects

Requirements

• TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field (or 2 years of contiguous experience in CS, IS, or network engineering)
• 2+ years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C#, C++, Perl, or Python
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in hardware or software reverse engineering
• Experience debugging software and troubleshooting software crashes and programmatic flow
• Experience providing technical reports and proof-of-concept code
