Vulnerability Lead

Responsibilities

• Participate in penetration test reviews and challenge squads or auditors when necessary
• Lead the remediation of application and software vulnerabilities by coordinating with development teams, Product Owners, and Security Champions
• Validate vulnerability remediation by reviewing corrective actions and identifying the need for counter-audits
• Manage and map new assets regularly to ensure they are correctly represented in company repositories
• Challenge the criticality levels of identified vulnerabilities to ensure appropriate prioritization

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in IT or Cybersecurity
• Mastery of cybersecurity principles and general IT knowledge
• Strong knowledge of OWASP standards
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Strong critical thinking, autonomy, and pedagogical skills to explain vulnerabilities to non-technical stakeholders
