VTC Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee provisioning, scheduling, and infrastructure administration of secure video endpoints using Cisco TMS, CMM, and VQ Conference Manager
• Utilize VQ Conference Manager to streamline device automation and support migration from legacy TMS infrastructure
• Coordinate, schedule, and live-monitor high-classification multipoint conferences ensuring security compliance
• Provide onsite technical support for executive-level briefings and secure command centers
• Physically rack, stack, wire, and program Cisco codecs, camera tracking arrays, and secure audio matrices
• Conduct daily physical and digital inspections of secure boardrooms to verify cryptographic baselines and system readiness
• Maintain classified configuration baselines, system drawings, and cryptographic asset logs

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance and US Citizenship
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise-grade Cisco Collaboration and VTC environments in secure federal, DoD, or intelligence settings
• Advanced proficiency with Cisco TMS, Cisco Meeting Management (CMM), VQ Conference Manager, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Deep understanding of AV signal flow, secure VoIP architectures, and network routing (SIP, H.323, TLS)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical cabling in data closets

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA/CCNP Collaboration certification
• AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• BS or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
