VRF Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform start up, service, repair, and maintenance of VRF systems
• Advise owners on preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions
• Suggest additional beneficial services to customers
• Produce clear, timely, and concise documentation
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain safety standards at all times
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• EPA certification
• Minimum of 5 years experience installing, commissioning, servicing, and repairing VRF systems
• Strong ability to read plans, submittals, electrical schematics, and refrigerant circuits
• Proficiency using laptops with factory service software and multimeters for PCB-level diagnostics
• System level understanding of HVAC configurations and building automation systems
• Operational understanding of the refrigeration cycle
