- Committed Christian role model
- Associate’s degree or higher in ECE or Elementary education, or current CDA/FCCPC
- Experience working with young children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Completion of VPK instructor emergent literacy courses by July 1
- Ability to pass Florida background screening
