VP/Director Custody/WaaS Institutional Sales

About the Company

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally, including funds, family offices, banks, and corporates, across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial cycle including prospecting, qualification, structuring, closing, and ongoing client coverage
• Identify and win new clients to grow custody volume, AUC, and revenue
• Translate technical advantages like API-first connectivity and native staking into commercial wins
• Coordinate with product, operations, compliance, and legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Provide market intelligence to product and leadership teams to shape the company roadmap

Requirements

• 7-10 years of institutional sales or business development experience
• 2-3 years in crypto, specifically selling Wallet-as-a-Service, custody, or prime brokerage
• Deep understanding of the crypto custody landscape and infrastructure
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing institutional accounts
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex products to senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a strong plus for HK and Singapore roles
