VP/DIR, US iShares Factor Product Strategist

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial strategy, client engagement, and business growth for the US iShares Factor ETF platform.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert to drive distribution and adoption across US Wealth Advisory, Institutional, and platform partners.
• Develop investment insights, competitive comparisons, and educational content to increase adoption of factor-based investing.
• Identify emerging commercial opportunities through analysis of client demand, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead and develop a team of strategists across New York and San Francisco.
• Partner with Product Development, Portfolio Management, Research, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute strategic projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required (MBA, MFE, or CFA preferred).
• 7-12+ years of relevant industry experience with proven client-facing capability.
• Strong investment management knowledge and direct ETF product familiarity.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses within 6 months of starting.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Factor and/or Systematic investing.
• Proficiency with investment systems such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar.
