Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of an enterprise workforce strategy aligned with business, financial, and talent priorities
- Build and govern a multi-year workforce planning framework including headcount forecasting, skills demand, and capacity modeling
- Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to translate strategic plans into staffing scenarios and reskilling strategies
- Establish a robust workforce analytics agenda using data and dashboards to provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and future-of-work considerations
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for workforce strategy, planning, and analytics
- Influence executive decision-making through clear narratives, business cases, and data-grounded recommendations
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in workforce strategy, workforce planning, HR strategy, or management consulting within complex organizations
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including coaching and performance management
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level workforce planning and headcount forecasting
- Proven proficiency in using workforce analytics and financial data to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong executive communication skills, including building presentations and facilitating discussions with senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise HR technology and analytics platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
- Background in management consulting or organizational design supporting C-suite initiatives
- Master's degree in MBA, Human Resources, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
