VP, Treasury Management Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury, banking, and cash management operations for a commercial mortgage loan servicing platform
• Manage supervisors and team leads supporting cash-managed loans, banking activity, and related systems
• Serve as primary liaison with external banks on cash activity, account administration, connectivity, and issue resolution
• Oversee bank account lifecycle activities, lockbox structures, cash controls, and borrower communications
• Monitor compliance, controls, reporting accuracy, audits, and remediation efforts
• Lead process improvements, automation, and system enhancements across treasury operations

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of treasury, banking, and cash management operations
• Experience with financial systems, reconciliation tools, and banking platforms
• Understanding of regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume, high-risk operational environments
