About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise Transformation Management Office, setting governance, cadence, and escalation standards for the global portfolio.
- Own executive reporting regarding delivery, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization for the EVP, executive leadership, and the Board.
- Partner with Finance to maintain a single validated source of truth for portfolio status, financials, and benefits tracking.
- Manage the leadership operating rhythm, including staff meetings, agenda setting, and decision tracking.
- Develop board-ready executive communications that synthesize complex information into clear, decision-oriented narratives.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across technology, data, analytics, and business leaders to align enterprise priorities.
- Translate strategy into measurable outcomes by defining milestones, value metrics, and benefit realization tracking.
- Lead and develop the TMO team to deliver high-quality analysis and program execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years in transformation, portfolio or program management, or chief of staff roles.
- Significant executive-level experience with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale program governance.
- Strong financial fluency and experience aligning portfolio status and benefits realization for executive audiences.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into decision-ready narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across diverse business and technology functions without direct authority.
- High level of discretion and experience operating as a trusted extension of senior executives.

- Competitive salary range of $166,800 to $241,200, depending on skills and experience.
