VP Trade and Working Capital Originator

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by promoting the bank's diverse Trade & Working Capital product and service offerings to various customer segments.
• Identify potential customers, analyze their needs, and stay abreast of emerging market trends and competitor strategies.
• Manage relationships with potential and existing customers through high-quality support, resolving queries, and building trust.
• Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals to convert leads into customers and negotiate beneficial terms.
• Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage and mitigate risks through assessment in support of the control and governance agenda.
• Advise key stakeholders and senior management on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.

Requirements

• Extensive Trade Finance expertise.
• Proven experience interacting with clients regarding transaction execution and problem resolution.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with both internal and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Global Markets.
• Experience with technology-driven solutions, such as fintech collaborations or blockchain applications in trade.
• Relevant professional certifications, including CDCS, CITF, or CSDG.
