VP Tour Ticketing, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Tour Ticketing Department to coordinate major European music tours and maximize ticket sales.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the tour ticketing team, including staff development, training, and assignment allocation.
• Oversee tour on-sale management quality and scheduling, maintaining relationships with ticket agents and the Ticketmaster EMEA touring team.
• Ensure team KPIs, goals, and best practices are met, providing monthly performance reports to leadership.
• Support the setting of team OKRs and performance objectives in alignment with wider touring and revenue strategies.
• Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements across touring and local ticketing teams.
• Manage tour ticketing for a select number of high-demand tours and report on-sale performance to executive levels.

Requirements

• Essential senior-level experience in live event ticketing within the music industry at a local or international touring level.
• Proven experience managing complex teams, particularly during high-demand periods.
• Strong ability to lead and drive KPIs and performance objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders across the business.
• High level of commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combining creativity with logical thought.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and able to prioritize workloads under tight deadlines.
