VP, Talent & Organization Transformation

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce transition, organizational change, and AI-enabled transformation projects.
• Implement talent transformation frameworks and support organization structure redesign.
• Conduct skills assessments and gap analyses to develop reskilling plans.
• Facilitate role and structure redesign sessions with HRBPs and business leaders.
• Support the adoption of AI and digital tools to help teams adapt to new workflows.
• Partner with Communications and Transformation teams to deliver targeted change messages.
• Curate and analyze HRIS data including org charts, census, and job descriptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or organizational transformation.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale organizational change or transformation projects.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying AI tools, digital workflows, or automation in HR or workforce planning.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude Code or similar technologies.
