Responsibilities

• Create and execute Halter's end-to-end talent strategy, spanning early careers through to executive recruiting
• Lead and mentor a high-performing recruiting organization of 15+ people
• Engineer scalable talent processes from talent mapping and sourcing through offer delivery
• Architect organization-wide reporting frameworks to translate talent metrics into actionable insights
• Partner with the Executive team to align acquisition strategy with long-term workforce planning
• Act as a core partner on the People leadership team to execute company-wide people strategies
• Utilize AI and modern tooling to automate repeatable parts of the talent funnel

Requirements

• Proven experience managing managers and leading organizations of 30+ people
• Strong data fluency and ability to build/interrogate reporting
• Track record of building scalable, high-volume processes
• Excellent executive communication skills
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Experience in high-growth environments (as a Talent leader or a Sales/Marketing/GM leader with a strong people focus)
• Comfort with ambiguity and high autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling a recruiting function through a hyper-growth stage
• Genuine enthusiasm for using AI to evolve functional operations
