VP, Talent Acquisition & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a predictive, AI-driven global talent acquisition strategy that maps company growth to workforce requirements.
• Architect human capital infrastructure by deploying AI agents to handle repetitive mechanics while optimizing for roles requiring deep human judgment.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate long-term product roadmaps and financial models into multi-year talent strategies.
• Build and monitor a data-driven talent funnel using key metrics such as conversion velocity, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
• Lead and mentor a global team of recruiters, technical sourcers, and operational specialists.
• Drive employer branding as a product to attract builders and sellers passionate about an AI-first Internet.
• Ensure global compliance with data privacy and regional employment laws (GDPR, pay transparency, etc.) across US, EMEA, and APAC.

Requirements

• Experience in systems-level modeling, data diagnostics, and structural thinking.
• Proven track record of global scaling and leading talent operations through high-growth phases.
• Deep experience in SaaS or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Fluency in compensation architecture, including familiarity with market data platforms and equity design.
• Ability to partner with technical leadership through genuine technical fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy.
• Experience scaling international tech hubs specifically across EMEA and APJC.
• Expertise in navigating complex organizational design and post-acquisition integrations.
