About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable revenue growth through government contracting and adjacent market expansion
  • Own the full growth lifecycle from market identification to contract close and expansion
  • Manage and convert a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Lead pre-RFP capture activities including agency engagement and solution shaping
  • Partner with proposal, legal, finance, and operational teams to develop winning strategies
  • Identify and commercialize adjacent markets such as healthcare, workforce, and education
  • Build revenue-generating partnerships with government agencies, primes, and nonprofits
  • Lead and develop high-performing business development and sales teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of senior leadership in government sales or business development
  • Proven record of closing state, local, or federal contracts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
